I like all othwrs don't know anything about when DM will file new lawsuits or what company will be involved.

I do have an opinion as to filing against Apple. If we end up with a favorable Markman ruling or go to trial and win against Samsung or another soon, then it's possible that Apple could be involved in the near future.

If a settlement is reached with Samsung, then I don't think DM would go after Apple until much later in the game, along with the Intels, TI and other tier two infringers.

Without a trial win, we could expect Apple to fight all the way and that won't happen in the present future as has been implied by some. Apple buying 100 million chips has nothing to do with when DM will file an Apple suit.

A little premature to talk about tier two filings.
