There is now an EDIG-WENCOR direct connection via Boyer, the digEplayer and the developing digEsystem product line.

EDIG has not been much cheaper and if one was considering taking a large stake and/or entertaining a take over, it is not unreasonable, imo, to consider it.

Considering Thales`s estimation for the growth in IFE over the next year, WENCOR might just be thinking outside the parts box...it`s something they should consider.

Look how quickly WENCOR SHIFTED gears from being the sole distributor to owner of the digEplayer...NOW WHY DID THEY DO THAT WHEN THEY DIDN`T NEED TO OWN IT in order to profit from it?

WENCOR thinking outside the box is not a huge stretch.
