Agree with you that the big bucks will come after markman , But don't if a validity challenge will happen or not , Not all patents are challenged !!!!

The main point was that the pps slide of PTSC is for many reasons

1 they have gone through 100 mil ,there accusitions are not profitable at the moment

2 some of the patents esp. the 336 got a final rejection ( ouch )

3 they are in a negative cash flow position again

4 and there's ownership problems again

and there's probably more than these issue's also , So i think what happened to ptsc's PPS is kinda for a reason and is not a prelude of edig's future pps , Time will tell
