And digecor could end up owing EDIG money on the counter claims, hence the back peddling and self admission that digecor wasted their time with this business distraction. Digecor's hope to silence EDIG could very well backfire, and which is a worse fate, settlement or embarassment?

My bet remains on a settlement on or before May 5th...well shall see.
