Do you see the facts of today equivalent to the facts of two years ago when DM came on board?

Some facts are more favorable to edig now than they were then. We've gotten some excellent results from legal proceedings, and there are promising signs of more good results in that arena.

Some facts are less favorable.  Got products? You know, hardware to sell in exchange for money? New markets for existing products? No, only "mention" of possible markets.

New patents? Are we doing anything to secure a future beyond the patents being litigated now? 

Is e.Digital progressing in building the business in any way except legally? Legal victories alone will not grow this company appreciably. 

More favorable facts, less unfavorable facts will help change the tone of the drone. If more favorable facts exist behind all this smoke then don't you think new communication strategies by the company are called for in the face of investor uncertainty and poor share price performance.
