They're not going to pursue in ANY case, ANY court for 445 or 108 with regard to Samsung America or it's affiliates.....that means foreign and domestic.

When you read the Press......IMO, it will say one time license for ALL foreign and domestic patents.....including FlashR.

There is a distinction there....and I don't care if any of you are paying attention to it or not.

Samsung IMO, will join Casio and Olympus in patent rights.

How do we view those three compared to the other 4?....as strategic partners?
