They have over 184 identified infringers...we know that.

They have designated them into two groups, tier 1 and tier 2...we know that but we don't quite understand the significance or difference between the two, although there has been much speculation.

I seriously doubt DM came on board, during a recession, to sit on these cases.

With Pat Nunally still fully engaged, per today's email, I would venture a guess that a lot more activity will follow, and that is what management has stated as their expectations as well.

As far as running up DM's costs, that's what they do for a living and they are receiving a 40% after costs, so I see that as quite the motivating factor.

That's a pretty darn good ROI in under a year's time, don't you agree?

As for the conflict you noted, I would be comfortable saying that due to the large number of cases, DM gets who to go after and play hard ball with and who to settle with to expedite the effort.

We can only sit back and watch at this point and enjoy the next earnings report results.
