I understand that Duane Morris calls the shots as to when they will be releasing details for the next round of infringement lawsuits, but my question is with respect to EDIG management and DM's interaction.

Are they completely independent or do they take into consideration management's objectives with respect to the timely release of information?

For example, if management thought they would prefer the infringer list for round 2 released after the digecor case concluded would DM honor that or do they operate in a vacuum?

Also, is Pat Nunally still actively involved in the IP process?
