I'm bucking the trend and am still expecting a settlement prior to trial. Digecor's expectations have been diminished dramatically as a result of earlier court findings and their public statements now indicate they want an admission that they didn't deliver product and some batteries. I think they can work that out.

Why would they risk further exposure in a diminished cause that puts on the face of litigant rather than IFE leader? What are their potential and current customers thinking about all of this?

The next IFE headline could be even more damaging.

I think they want this behind them as much as we do.

I could definitely be wrong but my bet's on settlement prior to trial...probably in the 11th hour.
