I see the curtain call was executed in the digecore case. And nothwitstanding the admonishments by our resident Chief SAVIOR, Mr. WENCOR has nothing left in his bag full of RABBITS, and all is left for the Court to decide the amount of damages he has to pay to EDIG for (1) DEFAMATION and (2) INTERFERENCE WITH ADVANTAGEOUE ECONOMIC RELATIONS...

It is the hight of sophistrey to pronounce that because he has more money to waste than EDIG he, (Mr. WENCOR that is), some how "WON" hafrmed EDIG?!...

Mr. BOW not only lost money but at the end of this LAW suit he will be the laughing stock of the industry in his paptent efforts to pull the rug from under EDIG and its ownership of its intellectual proprty through legal process...

DIGECOR had no case, and they knew it, EDIG knew it and most of the posters here knew it, with the exception of the very few who wished to self fllagelate, and convinced some here to join their SHARIA (sp?), the islamic annual beating the self by chains to commemorate the death of their IMAMS...

I hope they have the decency of appologing to the posters here, and particularly to RP for repeatedly questioning the trutfullness of his cooments when reporting on the Digecor matters..

Digecor was no more than a pesky fly of the ARSE of the Elephant, EDIG and has been SWATTED by the Court. All is left what they should pay to EDIG as damages...

The way this man has treated everyone, including th Court, I would not be surprised if EDIG ended up owing an Airline Parts and Retrofit Business!...Lol...Lol...
