Ever since that Wencor exec was quoted in an online magazine article basically saying "we're hoping for a moral victory to go along with our savage loss" it was clear Wencor had a new view of things. If eDig actually asked the judge to withdraw any remaining claims/counterclaims that could have resulted in payments from Wencor to eDig, then a deal with real dollars is on paper already. We were a few steps from the goal line and we stopped and gave the ball to the ref.

I have to agree with Sky. Back when Wencor hooked up with eDig, I had never heard of them but some here were calling them the beatuiful 800 pound gorilla we always wanted to marry. IFE will never be more than a niche, so let the folks who do that day in and day out manage it for us. But make a smart deal, with smart paperwork!
