A lot of Cable IPs are not static and vary often depending on the server load. In some instances a cabvle company will charge extra for a static IP.

I strongly disagree with you suggestion about the HUB LEADERS booting off individual posters. We have the control by reporting the message as a violation. It's then up to Agora to make the decision.

I can see a Hub Leader booting someone because they have a personal conflict.

You make a lot of assumptions about the names you mention. Do you have any facts to back up your assertions or are you guessing?

I haven't seen any posts from other board members requesting the process to boot an individual as you state.
