The IFE Enterprise DigEcor exibits....minisqual....there's nothing to go after, it would be nothing more than a case tried on "principle" as ronran noted.
The same for e.Digital, it exhibits minisqual IFE Enterprise, not enough to go after or measure. However, it is being pursued as if there is/was something substantial there. Where, it's noted the gains collected were substantial prior to DigEcor receiving their 1200 unit digEplayer order......I wounder if the judge actually looked at the gains in that time frame?......Because DigEcor did not look, had they, they wouldn't have gone that rout of engagement and mentioned the numbers they did of e.Digitals gains. e.Digitals financials are a matter of public record.
ronran, IMO, DigEcor vs. e.Digital is a case being tried on "principle"(ego) without any significant enterprise involved.
