It's really a matter of relevance.

If the added lawyers have no connection with edig, then is it appropriate to post the data, perhaps it should be on the OT board.

Same with DB posting info on several patent cases, particularly those with settlement amounts. They have no bearing on the DM filings or the settlements, so are they relevant?

Posting information can be interpreted as useful or not, without a logical connection it does clutter the board and makes it more difficult to wade through the posts for the meaningful data.

My only problem is that many of the messages actually have no impact on edig and our investment, and the Hub Leaders should exercise more control and move the posts to the off topic board.
