Just my thought after these interesting posts, Could there be a direction here. Concerning the (1) unexpected legal moves in the digecor case and (2) more lawyers by DM and (3) our waiting for the expanded infringer list..... My thought is settling the digecor battle strategically could allow for DM to include digecor to the list of new long waited for infringer list ??? Can Edig be looking for a triple play ? Any thoughts
