I'm looking at a much larget picture along with our situation.

The entire court system is slow, behind years and I don't see why any lawsuit including a patent suit should take 2-5 years and sometimes more. Things need to be improved so business can do what they do and not spend so much time and energy in court.

In our case, it started with poor documentation on edigs part and then I suspect the lawyers could have thought of ways to settle within a couple of months.

I remember that Gil stated in the beginning that this shouldn't tkae more than a couple of months and it would be over.
