well that aside....IMO, the order that the judge ruled on each item I mention.....was backwards IMO.

Had the NON compete been ruled on first(seeing in the chronological order of actual events, it was the first event)....or at minimum in a timely manner ....IMO this thing would have been over.

The judge, IMO, allowed DigEcor to pile it on.
