Well there must have been some language I misread, because every thing I read, for both the Plaintiff and defendant, cited the contract language in presenting their respective considerations without law.

The court ruled on the law it found appropriate for each.....I read of no law cited by either counsel.

Perhaps you can point me to the doc of either plaintiff or defendant citing law...I just reviewed the #65 decision on supersede...it spells out who cited what and how both defendant and plaintiff leaned on the contract language with out citing law.
