Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Clark Waddoups: Final Pretrial Conference held on 4/30/2009. Final pretrial order is still in the works and will be stipulated to by 5/1/09. Trial will begin on 5/6/09. Parties are amenable to having witnesses taken out of order. Trial is expected to take 4-5 days. Trial practices explained. As to the protective order the court will invoke the exclusionary rule as needed. Counsel are to provide witness/exhibit lists via email in word processing format to utdecf_waddoups@utd.uscourts.gov. and e-file them as well.
After closing arguments counsel are to provide proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law in word processing format to the above listed email, also these should be e-filed.
