Actually the DigEcor council would not want to lead the court to its eventually findings.....so did they do the best for their client?

e.Digital council needed to lead the court and they did not...at least with what I read. I did not read of any non compete comments regarding CA law by council.

Perhaps that is why the court made e.Digital sit on pins and needles...."do your own frigging work."
