Pretty strong statement. In speaking with RP he had no problem saying that in hindsight some things could have been done differently. I would like to hear what you consider their "cardinal sins" to be?

What would you do if you had no money and were trying to do anything to keep the doors open? Do you think if the non-compete had been properly worded (a non compete that the court stated none of the possible 3 states involved would have enforced, maybe eDig knew that?) that would have prevented BOW from trying to steal the tech?

Prior to asking the questions (which I think most of us knew could not be answered to your satisfaction). You said that as share holders we needed to hold edigs managements feet to the fire and demand answers...well what do we do now? Over the last few weeks you have made it clear that you are unhappy with management...please share specifics.
