"Well said. It doesn't mean anything to have all the potential at your disposal if you don't aggressively take advantage of it. And the BS by RP about DM being in charge of the IP strategy is just that - BS. The client is always in charge of the case - not the lawyer. DM doesn't do anything unless EDIG agrees with it and is completely in the loop. Otherwise DM runs afoul of Ethics Code. It's just one more way RP obfuscates and avoids directly answering any questions about what's happening."
If you know this for a fact why don't you call them on it? Publicly at the ASM, if you're right, then I (and probably nearly everyone here) would be willing to go to the meeting and stand beside you as you ask.
"Instead of "Mezzo and EDIG have multiple deals in the pipeline, some with new airlines, that will be announced over the next 3 months assuming they close" we get "Mezzo is still a partner and we are working closely with then. We believe IFE will rebound over the next year" (What does that mean in terms of revenue which the Street can sink its teeth into."
I guess they could say this, but should they? really? But once again if you're right and other companies like ours with good management would make statements like this, why not call them on their lack of transparency? If you're right I would be there too.
As for what they should be telling us in paragraphs 2-5, what do I know? if other companies like ours with good management would make statements like those, then once again if you're right why not call them on it publicly?
There is nothing wrong with disagreeing or being angry with management, but if yours is a righteous anger and you "know" that they could and rightfully should be doing and saying these things for us as shareholders why do you not actually do something about it? If I were convinced of these truths and as confident as you are, nothing would stop me from confronting this injustice publicly. You would certainly have my support.
Your posts of what you call "similar themes" and what I call "the same thing over and over" do not turn my stomach, but my eyes do have cramps.
