We're looking at Wednesday for start and about a week for duration. I'm guessing that by the end of the month we'll have a decision. I don't see any sense in worrying about an appeal at this point. Let's see what happens first.

Regarding DM, there was a slight hint in RP's last e-mail (to DRVEN?) that more filings are being prepared. No timetable given though. I think it's just as likely that we may hear something about eVU business/partnership activity as it is that DM will file against more infringers in the next couple months. Just another guess. The most assured event will be the annual filing where we should at least learn the total amount from the last 3 (with credit to you for me knowing that) settlements. I think we'll get that info by mid-June... perhaps and hopefully in concert with additional news/guidance.
