No. Washburn is an old brand, made by my current company. Mostly imports as 90% of the guitars sold in the US are. We did start a small USA production (high end) for Nuno models that was run by Grover Jackson -- the "Jackson" of Jackson Guitars fame in the 80's. Another good guy -- from Chatanooga.

I'm not sure if LL bought a Collins Guitar or not, but they are really the top end of great acoustic guitars and made in Austin.
