Any way you look at it this is what is called a "SHORT CAUSE" trial set before a judge who explained the issues before him in detail in #370...
He is waiting to listen to the testimony of multiple witnesses listed by the parties which may take all of three days. On the other hand, since the main issue he is looking at is the alleged non-performance by EDIG in a timely manner, he may limit redundant and repetative testimony as the lists of witnesses filed by parties, (especially Digecor is unusually long), and the trial may end up before the end of this week...
Either way, the SHORT CAUSE is going to end by FRIDAY...
