DONI , As you look at entire recent docket they are (digEcor ) still including the
issues of they purchased the IP and e.DIGITAL using them in eVU !. Also
they bring constantly the DRM issue that also can be related to IP.
The way they are constantly bringing this old issues ,i feel they are looking
for later appeal process.
