I've had several conversations with Putnam over the past couple of years where Putnam has made the point of saying (paraphrasing) "Digecor is unwilling to settle because of their (Woods) understanding that they owned the IP when they bought the Digeplayer from Boyer." I think Digecor's best outcome will be a clear basis for litigating against Boyer for the sale of assets under false pretenses. Woods is going after us as the IP represents assets with value. Going after Boyer would not yeild much of a monitary return but would likely land Boyer in prison. Quite the incentive for Boyer to continue his charade. Whats a little purgery when you've got 5 - 10 years for fraud. What doesn't make much sense is that Wencor has been able to hire such a high profile IP attorney, and it makes even less sense that he would be willing to represent Wencor. Certain eliments of this just don't add up but I suppose that when large sums of $ get factored in it doesn't always add up.
