Second, lawyers make partner and increase their pay by billing as many hours as possible. They are mandated to do so by their firms. They are to take any case that doesn’t pose a conflict of interest with another client or doesn’t have an ethical violation. (Many lawyers of course ignore the latter prohibition.) In this case neither of those obstacles exist. Lawyers have nothing to sell but their time. If Digecor came to any law firm on the planet and said they needed representation and were willing to pay I can’t think of a reason the firm would say no – this is what they do: represent people for pay. It’s finance, not romance, for the lawyers

LL, I think you summed it up best. And with your above comment is why I really liked what DM did for edig (took on as contingency).

It is no mystery to anyone who's been invested with edig, that Boyer cheated BOW selling an IP that was not his to sell. This has been documented here on this forum........let alone by attorneys in disposition etc.

I can't wait for this ridiculous trial to end, regardless if BOW-WOW appeals. There are numerous insane lawsuit everyday (this falls into one of them IMO).

At the minimum many here and possibly on the sidelines (ife sales etc.) are watching and waiting for the results.
