Ya,,, and if we can give him one random-block-encription to use, which he never paid for, IMVHO we can do all DRM schemes and he can have the divx drm encription that's probably in the 5500 - IMO Our patent-pending encription can't/won't have that as part of it anyway... unless it's an encasement based on eVU specs and at it's heart its value lies in the microcontroler where MOS resides and the encription patent should be a 'core' technology that is ubiquious and can work with any drm/codec as we'v always been told.

In other words,,, if he wins, he's only getting a defined closed-ended right,,, we can drop out of IFE and everything IMO as far as that goes and rely on infriengment suits and in t2 BOW will get his due.

No judge is going to give him rights to use our patents as he wishes - especially to build-upon.
