It's pretty obvious to me after looking back Divx is probably part of the patent-pending encription patent.

And if they're allowed use of even 5500 scheme, we'll have DM lookin for abuse, because IMO to retain 'better than DVD quality' divx is still part of eVU, but we don't know this it could be AVI/VC-1 now.

Comes down to who filed what first - anybody know. One would think ours was filed prior to Boyer wanting a PMP, because of the Ittiam PMP we did.

As I read doni's patents filed per digecor it's for a concept, not circuitry, we did that and the judge should see right thrugh BOWs intentions especially when he never paid us for it, per the 25k... lol he thought the 3million he paid for APS included it. imo. Did anyone ever get to read this contract.

I agree with edig, it was akin to a software licencing agreement; which went sour at BOW beconning.
