Because at this point in time, the company has not had any real fundamental reason to invest, other than the vision of the tech and where it might go.
Fundamental investors are not here yet, and IMO, are going to be hard to come by when they eventually get the foot hold moving.
The total atmosphere sucks, and that is not their fault.
Pressure will not change the extenuating circumstances.....IMO, as far as the PPS goes, we are in a state of a total crap shoot now.
