Did you find it questionable that DM took months to announce the Vivitar suit, and then another 7 months to announce the magnificent 7 lawsuit grouping?

Why did they do it that way? Was that mismanagement in your eyes?

I can't speak for management but I am rather pleased with year one of DM's business dealings and I think both they and management should get the benefit of the doubt in light of current results.

Bringing the results of the last 3 settlements into doubt before knowing the facts is odd, imo, especially when we know they will be released this quarter, and earlier than usual.
