It’s probably safe to assume that the trial is over by now and we’re just waiting for a Pacer to confirm that.

As to a decision, I don’t think it will take very long for the judge to rule. He was already pretty familiar with the arguments from both sides and unless something very new and pivotal came up during trial, should have had a good grasp of all the relevant facts in the case. I’d hope this one would be relatively easy to decide and cross off his list. You never know of course but my guess is that we’ll get a decision before the end of the month.

Once again, our wait should be over soon (one must continue to hope). Just one month from now our outlook could be entirely different with potentially the trial, the 10-K, and perhaps other announcements behind us by that time. I choose to believe good things are in store rather than worry needlessly before these anticipated events have taken place.
