I suppose it's past due time for my mea culpa. I was sure, based on Edig's withdrawal of certain claims/motions, that they had reached some final agreement with BOW/Wencor ... now I'm left wondering why they would have done taken their claims off the table, if there were still issues of substance to be decided by the judge.
