This is an investment forum. When discussing GM or Chrysler, do we focus on their business from 1999 or what is happening today?

EDIG suffered through some tough times, no doubt about it. That is not the case today.

As an investor, should you try to keep the focus off of EDIG today and on EDIG of yester-YEAR ?
