The Judge, who is fully engaged in this case, had pretty much an idea of what the ending was going to be. However, he had to listen to the wintnesses to see if there would be any "Surprises" in testemonial evidence, one way or another...

If the case finished on the 8th it seems there were no "Surprises"...

This is the last this judge will speak on this case, and he has to cover all the loose ends, in a case that has lasted several years and has been a waste of the Court's time and resources, not to mention that of the parties...

Being that the Court is fully aware of BOW'S proclavity, I would not be surprised the Judge takes the maximum of 30 days time to issue his decision...

The longer the Judge takes the better the chances that EDIG will score better than expected by most of the posters on this board...
