Get a grip....they are not set up for mass distribution, sales or marketing...hence the need for a partner if they enter into markets that would need to service large orders.

They are engineer based, not assembly line oriented. Yes they could handle the IFE orders they were getting with overseas production and assembly of products here but if they start landing deals it behooves them to have a partner that is well versed in such matters.

What's with the space comment?
