I'd rather have a legal mind view on this, but my understanding from some comments at the SHM and posts that followed in here, is it does not matter concerning the patents expiring, we can sue and recover money owed us from infringing prior to that time. We can still file after 2016 for instance, for past theft.

Much more complicated than that, but my basic understanding, and if it takes us 6 more years to finish up the list of 184+ I'd be shocked.
