infringement being dropped "with prejudice" to suddenly the patents may not be valid against other infringers. At least that is what I believe I hear you saying in your posts. I have some questions myself about exactly where we are headed as a company, but patent validity has never been, and will probably never be, a concern of mine. I am confident our patents will stand up to any scrutiny. The actions in this case are a bit confusing, but I believe the dropping of those patents will show up as some form of X licensing agreement with Samsung if not an actual partnership. I have no knowledge that anything I am saying is anything more than pure speculation, but I believe a deal of some form was reached that caused us to drop these patents from our claims. In any event, I believe you are over reacting and will get answers to your questions very "soon". (smile)
