RP sent me this information regarding the digEcor trial:

"We expect May 28th will be the last day of testimony in the bench trial. After May 28th, both sides will submit post-trial briefs, and the court will schedule a date for closing arguments. After closing arguments, it will be up to the judge as to when he issues his final rulings. Best regards, Robert"

I wouldn't expect rulings 30 days after 28 May...probably July/August timeframe.

Just checked and nothing new on PACER.
