The idea in investing is to buy a low as you can. Combined with an y previously owned shares, it's lowers your average.
Ultimately when the share price has reached your break-even or exceeded that amount and you sell the profits made are at the maximum.
The purchase at .131 is much better than .135 and the investors strategy has nothing to do with the current value if the close is at .135 vs. .131.
The fact is that the average is lower, therefore the potential profit is greater.
Keep buying at the low, I have and only buy at the bid or lower, and have been successful using this strategy.
