Yes, I don't disagree with your big picture strategy in an accumulation mode while the demand is flat.

However, there will come a time when it is prudent to buy at or above the market rather than miss a trade for half a penny. That too is a strategy that not only pays off on that particular buy when the stock begins to move but which in turn makes all your previous buys that much more valuable...whether they were higher or lower.

And quite frankly, aren't we all accumulating for that eventuality?
