WE will no doubt see a record 4th earnings, and n o doubt we will see a record fiscal year earnings.

Since the market has not brought about any increase in the share price, as a result of 6 settlements, along with the 8 filings, I doubt if any uptrend can be expected from the digecor resolution and probably no significant change from any new DM filings, ay least there is no indication that added filings would help the current price.

We have to hope that a settlement with Samsung will happen soon and the amount will be substantial enough to generate gains in the share price.

I see the above as the only chance for any lid to blow and it would be a function of the amount.
