I would have to imagine that in order for that to come to pass a lot more POSITIVES will have to follow the release of the 10K.

As it appears, SAMSUNG will likely be the first settlement in fiscal 2010 and perhaps even in Q1...then look for the next grouping of filings by DM to set up EDIG for that microcap attention that could follow.
