After seeing last years results taking 6-10 months to reach settlement agreement, I am concerned that there will not be enough time in fiscal 2010 to yield results, since beyond SAMSUNG, we have no ongoing cases.

Is that a concern of management, and if so, has it been addressed?

Based on the success of the first round of filings and other factors, we believe that the time between the next round of filings and settlements could be shorter.
