You quote RP says " it's better to settle than to go to trial "

lets take digecor , we're paying 400.00 dollars an hour with what to gain ??? we are paying to save face , there is no MONETARY GAIN in the digecor trial ! , SO way better to settle !!

AS for DM's efforts on the IP front , WE are NOT funding them !, If they go to trial it doesn't cost us any up front cost !!! So many say we need the markman hearing !, Yes at some point in time that would be nice ! But in this business environment any settlement is cash in hand at no out lay for us !!

It's a no lose for EDIG , If we go to trial we set the stage for all others to fall into place with less fight , if we settle quick we have cash in hand with months even years of overhead covered without worry or share dilution ,We really have the best of both worlds right now !!

Settle or trial ? 2/8's or 3.8's what's the diff ??
