You're right as usual and I agree whole heartedly but do you think that we will be able to achieve the s/p we all have hopes for, absent a court victory.

You have posted on many ocassion, BIG numbers on verdicts against infringers by other companies, do you think we can achieve that type of number minuse a court victory. That to me is the key that will open the flood gates and make us all very happy.

I'm in the camp of those that would love to take Sammy to court and beat the hell out of em then you'll see, to the moon, become a reality.
