So..........? What's the distinction between these 2 patents and the remaining one(ones) being contested? Are they less important for our immediate IP infringement purposes?

I know you're not getting paid for lecturing :>) but an answer understood by a lay person would be appreciated. I'd bet most of the folks on this board are stone ignorant "techwise".
