Tessera, Motorola Settle Semiconductor Patent Fight

Law360, New York (June 03, 2009) -- Putting to rest all outstanding litigation between the two technology companies, Motorola Inc. has signed a licensing deal with Tessera Technologies Inc., Tessera revealed Tuesday, in the wake of a decision in Tessera's favor last month by the U.S. International Trade Commission.
