Interesting... the court lists several objections and spends a majority of its discussion (and on the objection regarding the compensation to Spansion) in the document on the fact the amount of $70 million may not be in the best interest of Spansion...

Pages 5-16 of the document give the appearance that Spansion is not getting a fair amount for its consideration of their patents to Samsung.
